Airglow and other thoughts on dark sky sites

sorry to cross post but not sure how many imagers follow the observational astronomy forum.. i think some of the imagers that are fractionally as nerdy as I am might find some value in this post:

http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/s...693#post658693

which links to a blog on my site: http://philhart.com/content/airglow-...dark-sky-sites

interested in your thoughts (on the other thread?)..

cheers
Phil
