Guiding Problem

I've been checking out some of the goodies I've bought while the dollar has been high and the sky is sort of clear and I've noticed what looks like a periodic error showing up in PHD. I've never seen this before until last night and I thought it may have been balance so I spent extra time tonight to ensure my balance was right. I recently greesed the mount and spent many hours adusting the worm gears. Do you think I've got it wrong? Where should I be looking to resolve this, it's destroying long exposures.

my guess is there's a tight spot on the RA. May have to loosen up the meshing a bit more. Hope you find the problem.

Possibly a worm issue, looks like it's happening every 8minutes during each worm cycle run?

Got the allen keys ready, just waiting for this last sub to finish and I'll have a go at it. Just shooting the horse looking for reflections but it's diving into the city lights now anyway ..

It seems a 1/4 turn more mesh made it usable but there's still something periodic there, just a lot less of it

Thanks guys.
