Star Sense Autoalign fro SW and PHD issues

I am having issues with the Celestron Star Sense Autoalign for Skywatcher mounts and PHD.

The mount is a Skywatcher NEQ6 Pro and PHD is V1.14.

The Star Sense works. It can align the mount has good pointing.

PHD seems not to be able drive the mount in any direction when it does its calibration.

When I remove the StarSense Handset and replace it with the original NEQ6 PHD works as expected.

Any Suggestions?

Thanks

Brendan

Brendan, are you connecting via USB to the handset?, if so you need set Up PHD to recognize your mount as a celestron mount not a SW.

I am not connecting anything to the handset. The guider is plugged directly into the mount.

Where in PHD do you set the mount to Celestron?
