Is this possible?

I have a 300mm fl lens with a Pentax bayonet fitting. Is it possible to change the fitting to an Canon EOS bayonet? I want to use it manually for astrophotography, so electronic stuff such as focus is not necessary. Does anyone know if this can be done and if so where in Sydney?

Geoff, do you just need an adaptor? Eg:
