Alex, if you want the least problems just go for simply mounted 1.25 filters. These are only screw in to the filter wheel, so least amount of fiddling and chance of flipping the filter accidentally. You shouldn't get vingetting until about F3 if I remember right. Also, any reason that you are switching to mono so fast? Doesn't hurt to practice more with the DSLR and perfect it
