Mine's 25mm from bayonet face to camera face. I originally bought the first one 2 yrs ago and figured out the adapter had to be 13mm shorter because you can't break the camera seal. The Pentax lens assembly are not air proof and the CCD will ice up in no time. So
Peter had to re-cut one for me. Just some clarification. Keep the nose piece on.
