Mustn't forget this one....
Following someone on a single lane highway and they are travelling below the speed limit but it's not safe to pass. When a passing lane appears they speed up to the speed limit and then slow down again when the passing lane ends!
I don't know what goes through what passes for a brain in these people but it's a common practice.
