For me, I've found narrowband to be more satisfying but a bit needed in colour correcting, etc.

Thanks Sean for your valued input, tried an Idas filter off a mate and imaged NGC253 and found it hard to contain the red channel, it did hold up to curbing LP especially in my area but ended up not being too sure if it was the right choice for me. I am an all rounder so like to image anything that's up there of interest? If that makes sense? I did previously see that post so thanks for that.
