Sky X Pro help needed

I have been running The Sky X on an old laptop that has Windows 7 Ultimate on it. The screen on the laptop got damaged. So I got a replacement laptop 2nd hand that runs Windows 10.

I installed a copy of the Sky X Pro on it. Entered all the serial numbers etc.
It connects all my devices like the camera, autoguider, filter wheel, focuser but it does not communicate with my mount a Software Bisque PME.

I was using Ascom 6.5 and as it has a question mark over it I made sure I installed the Service Pack 1 and no difference. I went back to Ascom V6.4 Service Pack , no difference. I checked device manager and in the com ports it has an error symbol. Looking into that it says there is no driver for the device.

I copied the drivers from my Wins 7 damaged laptop and installed them and no difference. I used update driver for these and it the program did not recognise them in the folder I saved them to. I had check subfolders on in the update driver menu box.

Any suggestions?

The PME connects fine on the Wins 7 computer. Is this some Windows 10 thing?

Greg.
