The In Flight Abort Test worked perfectly. Delayed by two hours to allow for weather improvement in the recovery area. Normal launch until after Max Q when the booster shutdown and the capsule escaped from the vehicle under its abort thrusters. Long coast period to apogee and reorientation for atmo coast, then droug chute and the four big mains, initially deployed in reefed configuration to reduce shock. Camera onboard the capsule worked throughout. Fast recovery boats were on the scene.
Good result for SpaceX and last hurdle for crewed flight completed.
