Yep, just use the same registration image. You may need to use dynamic alignment if the view is very different as automatic star alignment may fail. I usually make a small integration to reduce noise and maybe cropped roughly around my area of interest (final cropping later on during processing) so if different nights sets dont match well I can still hopefully at least get my target fully covered by the different sets.. You can even register sets taken with different gear at different scales, PI will scale to the target file, you will have to use dynamic alignment to register manually. But PI will take it all in and you can get usable images from it all.
