To use what you have to more effect I would straighten the horizon (even at the cost of some sky in the corners), and in the video I would include a slow-motion reply after a short fade to black after the first run-through. The slow-motion would be jerky of course, but it would give the viewer a second chance.

Thanks for the tips Roger. Hopefully I'll have another chance to catch it again and I'll be more prepared next time. It was my first time so I was rushed and quickly set it up and snapped away.
