Hi all,
Pardon my ignorance but i just bought a bintel 200mm scope on an heq5 mount (pro? I think its pro) and syntrek controller.
In my driveway it appears to work via ipad control as expected, hand controller works too, although i havent been able to properly align until i get to the country next week.

The thing is, there are as you would know 4 directional manual controls on the controller too. Two of them will work to smoothly move, but e other two are kind of unpredictable. They pause then move fast in the opposite direction to what i expect, then i can kind of go backwards with the other arrow.

It all works quite well using the 4 arrows on the Orion ipad app...is this a settings issue or is there potentially a problem with the controller? I will speak to the store but thought I would ask for advice here too. My first question of many i am sure.
