I made this myself, but it wouldn't be hard for someone to replicate, I made it using a battery grip case I bought from ebay, and then mounting a small DC to DC converter from jaycar on one of the slides that was provided, it has work without an issue since. this cost me about $50 to build. I would do it for you, but I am about to head off on my honeymoon, it would only take an hour for someone to do for you.
