I have for sale in perfect condition, a Samyang 50mm T1.5 lens with Canon EF mount. This is the cine version of their f/1.4 lens, but has the advantage of large knurled aperture and focus rings. It is a manual focus lens - no autofocus - but this is fine for astronomy.



The lens was bought for testing for a particular project, used a couple of times then put in a cupboard. We ended up using the Samyang 135mm T2.2 lens to get a better image scale. There is nothing wrong with the 50mm lens - it's a lot better than the Canon equivalent in my opinion - just not suitable for the project we had in mind. Rather than let it waste away, we need to set it free to be used.

Comes in original box and packaging, lens caps for both ends, lens hood and cloth pouch.


These sell for about $570 or more on eBay. Yours for $450 + postage (~$15).
