Hi Martin,
If it was me, I would install a fresh version of Win10 Pro and then re install all the software. That way you know for sure that things will be setup correctly. A bit of work but highly recommended. Win 10 is the worst OS they have ever created so I wouldn't try layering one version over the other. If not, back everything up, give it a go and see what happens. You might be just fine.
It is a hard question to answer because every ones computer will be setup different with other software etc and you won't be comparing apples unless someone has the exact same setup as you.
