Thanks Bill for your words, been onto the QHY site and QinXiaoXu has updated a lot of the dll files etc and told me to try these first...see what happens, lets hope it will be a simple fix.

Thanks Lewis, That sounds a bit on the definite send back for repairs, but if thats the case I will have to bite the bullet.
