Yes, it all still works, just you can expect shipping times to rival the speed of continental drift, depending on which service you use and where it is coming from.
It just took a sniff under three months for a small adapter to arrive from the US via USPS for me, but other companies and other points of origin differ wildly, you still see stuff arriving from China in around a week etc..
