Back to DSI for a bit, Atik on the blink....
My 2 month old Atik 420 seems to have croaked.... well, half croaked.... powers up, recognised by Windows, and Sequence Generator Pro/PHD/Nebulosity and Artemis Capture seem to think it works, but it sends an absolutely blank fit file every time....
Every pixel with value 1012 from memory, quite black!
Seems to be dead somewhere between the CCD itself and wherever the imaging circuitry hits the USB interface?? Back for a service....
Disappointing to say the least....
Now I suppose I have no excuse to not strip and regrease the G-11....
Might have to recommission the Meade DSI to imager, from its current role as guider....
