I like to try and image the moon as its seen from space ( a lifeless celestial object orbiting our planet without any real diversity of true colour )
The Apollo astronauts in lunar orbit did see shades of browns, greys and chalk type colours depending on the solar angle , their altitude from the surface and the shadows cast across the surface , but generally itís our natural satellite devoid of any real colour
Some people like to display images of the moon as seen through various conditions in our atmosphere ( blood moon , blue moon etc... ) but unfortunately not me .....
