I was having a few sensitivity and cooling issues with my SXVR-M25C for the past 8 months. About 10 days ago, the cooling finally started really failing - wouldn't drop below zero, and fluctuated +-4°. I had been in discussions with Terry Platt at SX about it for those 8 months or so, and finally we both agreed it was time to send it back for a checkup.

Terry emailed me tonight letting me know the cam was on it's way back to me, after replacing the cooling with the new-improved system from the Trius range, as well as fixing a small condensation issue (seems my glass window was fogging SLIGHTLY under cooling, as Terry said condensation was evident in the chamber). All fixed now.

Cost? Just the postage TO the UK. Nothing additional - no parts, labour, or return post.

Once again, SX customer service is second to none. I will continue buying SX CCd's, that's for sure!
