This needs to be done gently or else you end up with silica popcorn.
Use medium for a few minutes and check the colour. If using a standard oven, I believe about 130 Deg C is about right.
Others may chime in with their own recommendations, but what I'm saying is don;t blast it on high for 10 minutes, or stick it in an oven at 180, if you get my drift :-)
