thanks for the detailed reply.

Essentially I was thinking about trying to use the unit for both, imaging and monitoring. From your comments and a review in AS&T it seems that this is more for monitoring.

Thanks for the direction to Mallincam, I hadn't heard about them before.

I was also thinking of using the SC3 for observing satellites/eclipses/solar
observations. It seems that I will have to rethink what is needed here.
