This is the lens that Canon supplies as their standard supplied lens for their pro level cameras, such as Canon 5D Mark III and Canon 5D Mark IV.

It is an "L" Series lens which means it is made to their professional photography standards and suits professional capability use.

It features a zoom operation from an extra wide 24mm to a highly useful telephoto 105mm zoom range.

I have recently purchased a Canon 24-70mm F2.8 Lii lens which means this lens that I received with my Canon 5D Mark iii is superfluous to my needs.
