It will never be as good as Coonabarabran.
We take what we can get.
I'd be happy to have one clear moonless night per month
but I don't even get that.
I haven't taken any pics since January this year.
That's due to being too busy, but mostly cloudy nights.

I am hoping Lara will have good seeing but it's
close to the division between the land & the sea
which will cause turbulence.
