OK, when you say you have tried everything, perhaps telling us what you have tried will give us some clues.
A few things to check.
Can you see anything at all?
What are you attempting to view?
Which eyepiece are you using?
Have you attempted to collimate?
I know this sounds silly but have you removed the dustcap? (It has happened before!!)
