Good to hear the SBS is still ok JJJ...
I dont think I've dropped anything, however I did nearly destroy the C11 once.. It was sitting on the mount, looking massive as it did.. I was about to put the counterweights on... and then I learned why we put our CW's on before our 18kg OTA...
even with the RA axis locked up, it just started rotate.. I threw the CWs that were in my hands and caught the OTA with about 20cm to spare before it would have impacted the tripod legs.....
After nearly vomiting, about 15 cigarettes and beer.. I went back to the mount, put the CWs on, then put the C11 on and spent the night imaging the moon.. It was a tense moment.
