You don't need noise reduction for timelapses; the images are reduced to web resolution, typically, and the noise is essentially squashed. If you don't have anything faster than about f/2, forget it, basically.

The default settings in DPP should suffice.

Phil, Alex or Fred, the pros, will likely have conflicting, or more informative views.
