Yep, I made one too.
The reason I made mine was because when I borrowed Berts (avandonk) TAL Klevtsov it only had a DSLR bayonet on the focuser and I wanted to use my Toucam in it.
All I did was fit an small extension tube through a hole cut in a lens cap.
The lens cap bayonets onto the DSLR Lens (or scope in this case) and the Toucam went into the extender.
I don't have a pic of it but I can take one if you need to see it
It took me about 5 minutes to make and works perfect
