Sounds like a good night. Interesting you had good seeing, here it was nothing to crow home about at all. I'm wondering if my local conditions are at fault, my observing area is far from ideal.
NGC 6164 is interesting. There is another large emission nebula, NGC 6188 just to the SE with loose open cluster NGC 6193.
