Fully agree! :-)
As soon as I'm able I'll be testing this personally so I can see what works for me, with my equipment, in my skies.
In the meantime, that article I linked to shows a comparison of images taken at difference resolutions with different seeing conditions (simulated) which is definitely food for thought. Here's a
