Sorry I haven't been active on the forum of late - but I have been pretty active on the macro front. I have realised that my next challenge actually needs to be to learn what all the creatures are that I'm imaging! I have purchased a field guide for beetles (A Guide to the Beetles of Australia) and have a similar field guide for insects on order. I may finally be able to learn something about them and that may even help with imaging them.
As I said I have been really busy and I would really appreciatre you guys taking another look at my flikr site to view the latest there are over 70 images now I think

I'll try to keep a look out for the next meeting. I tend to go to the Botanic Gardens at Mt Cootha, - because even if the macro turns out to not be so good, it is such a beautiful location.
