It is indeed most gratifying that the things I write actually make sense to their intended readership!
[A technical writer can never be 100% sure that she/he has done a good job in clearly conveying the information that is in his head;
good writing is partly a matter of technique,
but it is also a matter of inspiration and talent, as there are very many ways to write the same thing. ]
