Sky Rover 130mm Astrograph

Briefly had this up for sale 7 months ago but decided to use it for a photographic project, that’s now finished as of last weekend so it’s up again but with some more bits and pieces.

I’ve found this telescope to be an excellent performer, very well colour corrected and with very good off-axis performance. Most of my imaging done in the past year with this scope has been 2mm from optimal back focus which is just the way that the stock adapters work with the Nikon F-Mount.

I’m selling this with a Losmandy D plate and the original V plate which I use mostly as a handle but it does help with stiffness. Also a SharpSky Pro focusing unit which attaches nicely to the focuser. The SharkSky Pro also has a four port dew heater control and comes with a Kendrick Pro 5” Dew Strap.

I also have an ultra short 1.25” diagonal that almost fits, bought it from TS ages ago thinking it has the same thread but it doesn’t. If you want to use the telescope visually you’ll have to get an adapter made.

Replacement cost would be around the $7,000 mark so I’m looking for $4,800 pickup preferred. Postage can be organised as it’s still in its original packaging box.

Will post images later when I’m home.

EDIT:
Here is a link to everything I’ve uploaded that I’ve taken with this telescope in the past twoish years.
