I would go with the SBIG for the simple reason that if you outgrow it then you can always sell it on its reputation and get a better camera. Sbig have earned there reputation for being good so it would not be hard to sell down here if you later decide on a different track. I have used my friends ST237A and even though its quiet old its so easy to use.
The Qhy8 will wait and I am sure there will be better ones coming from Qhy.
