Thanks once again to Stefan Buda for turning my pencil sketches to DXF files and to CALM Aluminium for arranging for the 316 stainless steel to be water jet cut to shape...
My part was just the application of cutting fluid and 'elbow grease' to tap the threads, this stuff is a challenge for hand held tapping.....After some cursing and minor anguish.... success
