I want to build a backyard observatory on the Atherton Tablelands and am trying to find a design that will satisfy the C2 wind rating required by the Regional Council.
I would like a 9 to 12 square meter building with a retractable (roll off) gable roof.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of design?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
