PS: Mine is terrible : 41 at Home Melbourne Bayside, but much better at 3.9 and 2.1 at two lovely spots within 15minutes.
Radiance data in my neck of the woods looks to be about 15-20 ish. But frankly I don't think that radiance map is accurate. Just a 20 minute walk north put one into 35 or so....big shift for a short walk.
