Astro Optical Supplies Telescope

Original 8 inch F/6 Pyrex mirror.

Primary mirror, mirror cell and secondary manufactured by United Lens in U.S late 1970's.

Primary mirror was tested by A.S.V via Ronchi Test it is parabaloid with a smooth surface for a commercially made mirror.

Primary mirror had not been realuminized since manufacture.

Mirror cell is aluminium with good quality springs.

Secondary as well as 3 vane spider are original.

Samson Equatorial Mount has steel pier with cast aluminium tripod.

Equatorial Mount works well, very stable and well dampened.

Original 0.96 inch R&P Focuser and 6 x 30 Finderscope are by Royal/Vixen.

Eyepieces included in sale are 12.5 mm and 8 mm Vixen HM.

Optical tube is 10 inch diameter and 127 cm overall length, included
is AOS aluminium dust caps.

All in Very Good Condition.
