Look through them, S2 is deep red, O3 is not. If you get Ha and S2 mixed up, both are red, shoot a couple of subs at eta and the one with least data is S2
I believe baader etch an arrow on the side of the filters in the direction of the light path if they have to go in a certain way, but a lot of people say the reflective side goes to the scope.
