Yes indeed, I'm not 100% sure why (exchange rate or because of the 500D news) but the price of the 50D is falling, the 50D hasn't moved all that much since release but over the past week or so its starting to come down in $$$.
I'm going to Japan in around 10 days from now, and it looks like the 50D may just have to end up in my camera bag before I go.
