Space Time Frame-Dragging around Neutron Star

There is an interesting article in Space.com, on how space time distorts around Neutron star binary system, aka Frame-Dragging. Proven over long term observation. Worth a read.

Parkes radio telescope was heavily involved, as it's in our southern sky, specifically in Musca. The binary system designation is: PSRJ1141-6545. Anyone know exactly where in Musca, realising I probably can't see it. Nearest visible star?
