Yes I have 2 imaging rigs at different locations ( Sydney and South Coast NSW ), so I have 2 profiles and I’ve Calibrated at both locations and saved both in the Brain
Some folk calibrate every time they image ( which I use to do ) but reusing a good calibration is fine , been doing it for a couple of years now
You need to save as much time as possible when nights are clear so “Auto restore Calibration” in PHD2 is a real time saver
