The detail and structure you've brought out in the Ha is wonderful! Far better than anything I've been able to achieve in the past. I do feel that the OIII emission has been lost however. There are some regions in the SMC that are OIII dominant but there showing as almost non-existent in your image.
I'm sure they're there in the OIII channel but not coming through in the final image.
