I take it this is a KAF8300 camera?
These are lines created by the readout process and a hot pixel that gets dragged up in the readout process.
Sometimes darks and biases will remove them other times it won't.
The healing tool in Photoshop can remove lines. Click on the start of the line with the width of the tool set to just a bit bigger than the line. Click on the end of the line and enter - all gone!
