Introducing the celestron RASA 8 to the doghouse observatory. Been crook lately so this has been a bit of a wait to get it working. Loaded it onto the Titan today and then connected everything up. I currently downloaded carte du ciel 4.2 and see it up then connected it to ascom dome control and it seems to be working well. I am hoping to see first light tonight.
So the camera works, this will be a test to see how flat the field will be with the adaptor set I have had to use. Then there is the computer connections, the new software and setup. 😂 I did try some cable management
