Not really... how thin is "thin"? I just got a Gerd Neumann Camera Tilting Unit because they have the adjustment screws on the outside edge (rather than the "face"), which means I won't have to keep unscrewing the damned thing to make an adjustment. Unfortunately I think they're all 17 - 19mm thick.
