SAMSUNG CCTV SDC-435 Camera

I’m considering purchase of SAMSUNG CCTV 600TVL 0.0001Lux SECURITY Camera Model SDC-435 for my next project capturing of meteor spectra. This camera is currently available from eBay for around 135A$ but only in NTSC version. The search for same camera in PAL version here in Australia come up with prices up to $1000 for one! This camera uses 1/3” CCD chip and that what I need to get half decent resolution in arc seconds per pixel, as I will be using 25 or 35mm lenses. It is a compromise between the resolution and field of view. I have a two PAL version of GStar and colour Mintron camera with ˝” CCD . But I have never used NTSC camera and I would appreciate any comments as why it would not be suitable.
My two frame grabber’s I got accept NTSC imputes. The software I’m using accepts NTSC inputs. Most of today’s TV’ accept NTSC inputs. Is there any other issue I should consider?
