Just had a look at the System Chart, the CA-35 shown there is the CA-35 (50.8) which is different again, it is a slide in fit and the Wide T Mount screws into the end.

I am about to receive an FSQ-106ED myself and was going to use screwin 72mm adapters and attach the normal CA-35 to them and then attach the Wide T Mount, the System Chart can get very confusing. I also believe that you can get a Prime Focus Ring which extends the focuser out even further.

Looking at the System Chart it looks like you need the Prime Focus Ring (FSQ-106ED), then attach Part No.8 which comes with the scope, then the CA-35 and Wide T Mount for the screwin fitting to work at Prime Focus.
