Soon to join the Orion Optics AG f3.8 imaging club with Mike

Inspired by Mike Sidoneo's light sucking speed Machine I decided to get one myself.

Yesterday I paid a 30% deposit on an Orion Optics AG10 f3.8 Astrograph

Decided on 10" as its a little more portable that Mikes 12" and will allow me to have my FSQ106 and AG10 mounted together.

Got the Atlas focuser, support rings and pre wired secondary heater as well.

Now the long wait. Actualy It's not that long. Supposedly 6 - 8 weeks. I just snuck in ahead of a huge order from 2 European dealers.

Now if I had a 16803 chipped camera and Mike's processing skills I would be half way to producing some images that dont suck....
